Ellen C. Stone is the owner and shareholder of The Stone Law Firm, P.C., which specializes in consumer and bankruptcy representation, including chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as IRS representation, litigation, and representation in consumer cases, such as divorce, criminal law, family law, wills, trusts, estate planning, personal injury, and mortgage company/mortgage servicer abuse.

The Stone Law Firm, P.C. represents more consumer bankruptcy debtors than any other firm in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas area.

Ellen graduated from law school in 1984 and was admitted to practice in Texas in 1985. She has been involved in representing consumer bankruptcy clients since that time.

Ellen additionally represents clients in cases involving IRS controversies and collection matters, including disputes regarding payment of federal income taxes, payroll taxes, unfiled returns, IRS investigations into filing status, and tax preparer representation in IRS investigations.

The Stone Law Firm, P.C. has four offices. The principal office is located in McAllen, Texas, and the other three offices are located in Brownsville, Harlingen, and Austin Texas.
